Do you have expertise within Talent Acquisition? Are you looking for a new challenge? Electricity North West are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to join the team, and the role comes with a salary of up to £36,310 p/a (depending on skills and experience) plus excellent benefits.
You will also support the Recruitment Manager and wider HR Team with continuous improvement projects and recruitment initiatives.

We are looking for someone with a real passion and desire to recruit diverse people into the business as we embrace our commitment to building teams that represent the communities we serve.

Proven experience at advisor level within an inhouse, RPO or agency setting
In depth knowledge of the endtoend recruitment process and experience in volume recruitment
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge and influence all levels at all levels
