We are looking for a Stock Coordinator to fill paper and replace toner in our printers at the University of Leeds campus.


Your day will start by receiving a report from our system that will tell you what printers need paper or toner.

You'll receive full training on how to use the system.

You will then go to the printers to stock up the paper or replace the toner, you will receive full training on how to do this.

Customer service skills are vital, as you are the face of Konica Minolta on the University of Leeds campus. You will manage your own time and work priorities, so must be professional and be able to work independently.


Our machines are split across 2 campus', and we estimate your time will be split as 90% on the main campus (Woodhouse Lane, LS2 9JT) and 10% on the sub campus (St James Hospital, LS9 7TFl).

Your key responsibilities will be:


  • To respond to toner and paper requests in a timely and professional manner, identify and replenish toner / paper as they arise.
  • To maintain toner and paper stock to required standards.
  • To replenish paper within machines.
  • Work with the university's IT team to resolve student's tickets if applicable.
  • Achieve key SLAs as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfaction.
  • To provide advice to customers on all aspects of toner and paper replenishment.

To be successful in this position:

  • You will have excellent customer service experience and be professional and personable
  • You will be able to take your own initiative, manage your own workload and time
  • If you have experience of working with printers or photocopiers previously this is highly desirable. however all training will be provided.
You will have a DBS check as part of the onboarding
