Altum Consulting are excited to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest growing out-of-home Media agencies to recruit a Group Financial Controller.

You will be working for a high growth business operating nationwide, reporting into the CFO and supportthe finance function in moving to the next phase of its development.

This position will be hybrid, based in the London office and is responsible for managing the forecasting, budgeting, month-end close and other finance deliverables.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and become a key part ofthe continued strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and perform all accounting duties for effective and smooth running of the accounts department having ultimate responsibility of maintaining all accounting records.
Serve as the primary contact for all financial accounting and treasury related issues.
Responsible for improvement in Finance process efficiency through automation and optimising usage of systems.
You will be responsible for managing the month end reporting process providing high quality management reporting and analysis of performance whilst ensuring that bestpractice financial controls are established and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Ensure revenue and costs are fully supported and effectively managed with a view to exceed budget.
Lead the implementation of a new ERP system on behalf of the finance team

Skills /Qualifications:

ACA or ACCA qualified ( preferably from a top 10 accountancy practice)
Plus 23 years Industry experience, media or marketing preferable
Experience of establishing internal controls and processes through process automation ERP and financial reporting systems experience, including advanced Excel and MS Office
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, management and communication skills are a must
