Senior Recruitment Consultant (Account Handler)

Basic up to £35,000 Uncapped commission
Hybrid role Monday
  • Friday, 9am 5:30pm
  • Specialist recruitment agency offering an excellent working environment, training and genuine scope for progression as well as great earning potential.

Job description:


  • Account managing and developing some longestablished Clients.
  • Managing the process from start to finish.

Person Spec

  • Previous experience of recruitment and delivery to clients is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (familiar with Microsoft packages)
  • This position requires the ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to retain key information.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Bright, enthusiastic, energetic, intelligent, articulate, street wise
  • Great organisation skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent people skills and a good rapport builder
  • Patient, diplomatic, empathetic
  • Great Telephone / Keyboard skills

Additional details:

- £35,000
  • Uncapped commission £50K +
