    About the Role:

    This exciting position leads global marketing efforts for Howden Employee Benefits' People Risk and Employee Benefits Technology Ecosystem. The Senior Marketing Manager will develop marketing strategies, plans, assets, and toolkits to support Howden colleagues worldwide in presenting these new value propositions to clients and prospects.


    Responsibilities:

    • Create a comprehensive global marketing strategy for Howden's People Risk and Technology proposition
    • Manage marketing plans to execute global thought leadership campaigns effectively
    • Own the creative development process for marketing materials
    • Utilize various channels to amplify awareness of People Risk and Technology propositions
    • Develop digital assets to drive lead generation activities locally

    Program and Performance Management:

    • Oversee budgets for marketing campaigns and provide regular progress reports
    • Establish objectives and KPIs for campaigns to ensure impactful programs
    • Contribute to best practices and digital marketing processes

    Coordinate Efforts and Continuous Improvement:

    • Build relationships with key stakeholders globally to create an integrated positioning framework
    • Drive collaboration and consensus among stakeholders for marketing initiatives
    • Monitor competitor offers and performance in the marketplace

    Experience & Knowledge:

    • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in professional services or HR consultancy
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
    • Proven track record in developing and executing global marketing programs
    • Experience in creating value propositions and client campaigns

    Technical Skills, Abilities & Qualifications:

    • University degree in a related field
    • Project management skills with knowledge of marketing strategy
    • Strong marketing skills across various channels
    • Experience with global account-based marketing is a plus
