Lettings Negotiator - Newcastle - Up to £24,000 Basic + Commission

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join one of the most recognised and leading property lettings and management companies in Newcastle, as a Lettings Negotiator.

Based in the City Centre, which has a huge variety of amenities to take advantage of before, during and after work, you will be joining a close team who all thrive of helping and developing each other

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and tenacious with the motivation to progress within the property sector

What you will be doing

Handling property enquiries through the relevant portals
Dealing with inbound calls and making outbound calls
Vetting tenants and conducting viewings
Delivering quality customer service to both tenants and landlords
Arranging lets & upselling other relevant services
Helping with Property Management if needed

What you will have

Previous experience within Lettings is ideal but not essential
Strong organisation skills
Driven by targets
Exceptional communicator
Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service
