Our client is looking for someone to join the premises team immediately, to take on the role as a facilities coordinator.

This role will undertake a wide range of responsibilities.

Profile

  • Full, clean valid driving licence
  • Valid MIDAS certificate or willingness to train for a MIDAS certificate
  • Knowledge of basic site maintenance and good practice in building services, i.e. heating, plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Good DIY abilities
  • Experience in maintenance
