    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and innovative Content Manager to join our dynamic team.


    Location:
    Hybrid - office based in Blackpole, Worcestershire 3 days per week/2 from home.


    The RolenAs the Content Strategy Planning Manager for Cytoplan, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising a wide array of content to engage our audience and promote our brand across digital and traditional platforms.

    Your role will be crucial in driving our content marketing strategy, enhancing our online presence, and supporting our sales and marketing goals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    nAssist in developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.nProduce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and traditional marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.nCollaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create content that supports product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.nManage the content calendar to ensure timely publication of content across all channels.nOversee and edit content produced by team members and freelance contributors to ensure consistency and quality.nConduct SEO research and apply best practices to content creation to increase visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.nAnalyse content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content strategies and campaigns.nStay up to date with industry trends and advancements in content marketing to keep our content fresh and relevant.


    Who we're looking for:


    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.nA minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, management, and strategy, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplements industry.nExperience in leading a small team of competent marketers.nExcellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.nStrong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies.nProficient in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).nCreative and strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex information into compelling content.nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.nPassionate about health and wellness, with an interest in the supplements industry preferred.
