    • Act as a Wellbeing Ambassador, where you will offer guidance and assistance to line managers and staff regarding mental health and various absence-related concerns. Engage actively in occupational health cases, contributing to the overall wellbeing of the workforce.
    • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and culture. This could involve organising team-building activities, seeking employee feedback, and developing programs to enhance work-life balance.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to all HR-related inquiries received in the HR central inbox from employees or managers, ensuring proactive engagement and adherence to our current Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
    • Ensure that DM adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations. Staying informed about changes in legislation and advising DM on compliance strategies and employment law changes.
    • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. This involves implementing practices that support diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensuring HR practices are fair and non-discriminatory.
