    Be part of the CRM transformation at Levi's We're looking for a technical CRM expert to take on a brand-new role that will help to drive automation, incremental revenue, and an enhanced customer experience. Automation and personalisation are key pillars of our new Customer Lifecycle Marketing proposition.

    The Technical Customer Lifecycle Manager will build and deploy customer communication journeys, automations (email, SMS, App Push), and dynamic elements in our omni messaging platform. This role demands technical expertise, project management proficiency, and CRM best practice knowledge. With a particular focus on audience building and journey optimisation.

    Based in our Central London office, you will report directly to the Head of Loyalty for North Europe whilst working closely with European cluster, Global, and Cross functional teams.

    ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Design and execute a robust CRM strategy spanning customer lifecycles, harnessing the power of automation and continuous testing to enhance acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts.
  • Drive forward our CRM transformation, working collaboratively with our Data, Product/Tech teams, and technical partners to enhance and exploit the capability of our customer engagement platform/s (Oracle Responsys/Braze).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that CRM strategies align seamlessly with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee and optimise CRM tools and processes, ensure the right infrastructure is in place to deliver a connected strategy that drives efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead complex targeting and personalisation strategies, utilising data points to develop advanced segmentation decisions & a deep understanding of audiences.
  • Collaborate with other business functions to devise appropriate cross-channel efforts and communication streams, e.g., paid media, utilising CDP.
  • Proactively research and identify opportunities to further drive revenue through omni-channel campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies.
  • Develop and refine automated communications tailored to specific customer profiles, behavioural triggers, or transactional events. Leveraging all CRM communication channels for maximum impact.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimise messaging, timing, and content to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Build, maintain & report on all automated email campaigns, including drip sequences, welcome series, abandoned cart emails and more.
  • Conduct thorough QA testing and in-flight optimisation.
  • Contribute to the growth and professional development of our team, playing a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor email deliverability, troubleshoot delivery issues, and implement strategies to improve inbox placement.
  • Keep up to date on regulatory and privacy changes & build close relationships with Levi's privacy specialists.
  • ABOUT YOU:

  • CRM management experience, with a demonstrated track record in CRM automation with hands-on technical expertise in crafting personalised CRM journeys.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms. Prior experience using Responsys & Braze is desirable, but not required.
  • Capacity to support and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen, hunger for driving results, and an improvement-driven mindset. Constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
  • Open mindset and proactive attitude with a drive to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excel at organising, prioritising, and executing multiple projects simultaneously, thriving under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with outstanding written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of and hands on experience with HTML, CSS, SQL
  • Strong project and time management skills to be able to juggle BAU execution and larger campaign execution across the business within a fast-paced environment.
  • A real passion for all things CRM, with the drive and ambition to champion best practices across all channels.
