OVERVIEW:

This awardwinning Corporate department is looking to strengthen its team with the recruitment of a solicitor with up to around 5 years PQE in corporate law
You will be involved in a broad range of Corporate work, but principally M&A transactions, joint venture and shareholders' agreements, advice on corporate governance, partnership matters, and general commercial advice.
The focus will be advising the team's impressive roster of business clients. You will have early exposure to market leading transactions working with our high quality client base.
You will be expected to run your own caseload and will be supervised as necessary, in accordance with your level of PQE.
