_Borthwick Group_ is a company based in the North East, operating across the UK, providing energy saving initiatives to customers in need of assistance under ECO4 funding.

We use a whole home approach to improve the energy efficiency of the home, through the use of innovative technologies such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Photovoltaics, Gas Boilers, and more.

Due to success during 2023 Q4, and secured contracts for 2024 Q1, we have immediate and January start dates available._

Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite assessments to survey domestic dwellings in accordance with PAS 203
Complete retrofit assessments in line with the latest governmental legislation and guidance
Take photographic evidence.
Ensuring compliance within all surveys completed

Requirements:

Domestic Energy Assessor Certification
Prior retrofit and surveying experience
Experience working within ECO would be beneficial
A Full UK Driving License with 6 points or less
Experience working with members of the public

Salary:

- £25,000 - £40,000, with a bonus structure
