This is an exciting opportunity to progress your Occupational Therapy career by joining our Band 6 Occupational Therapy rotation at West Herts Hospitals NHS Trust. This position allows the post holder to further their experience in a variety of settings. The rotations are 6 months in duration, across the following areas:
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills across the above rotations by contributing to service development and supervision of qualified staff. Each rotation is supported by a well-established supervision and in-service training programme. There are also opportunities for study leave and course funding both internally and externally.

Job descriptionJob responsibilities
The department is a 7 day working service and this post would be included in that rota (frequency of 1:4 - 1:6 weekends) with rest days in the following week. This is underpinned by a competency framework.
Watford General Hospital is within easy walking distance of the Metropolitan line (underground) and Watford Junction Station. Car drivers have easy access via main motorways and access to our staff car park. There may be a requirement for cross site travel.
