Description
What's the job?
You'll develop a network of contacts from identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing existing members. Maximising the growth of sales and creating a highly effective trade experience in your local area by promoting the TradePoint brand and services.
We're thinking more ambitiously about how our stores can offer our trade customers even more.
You'll make things happen working closely with the stores to inspire, motivate and engage the wider store team to create a culture which is focused on identifying trade opportunities and how we best deliver the needs of our trade members.
What we need:
Bringing your experience within the trade or house building market, you've got a sharp commercial mind as well as plenty of customer service experience. A great communicator who shows initiative and has plenty of experience building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, you'll feel right at home with us. We'll support you with the tools and knowledge through a fantastic induction and team support.
You're also flexible enough to work when our customers need you including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
