HR Administrator

Croydon | Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid Working | £25,000 - £28,000

Hybrid Working Offered - 3 days onsite and 2 remote.


Reporting into the HR Manger, you will be joining an established, supportive and driven team to support them with all HR administration.


Role Duties:


  • First point of call for all HR related queries from employees
  • Support and guide supervisors with HR advice and guidance
  • Maintain and update all HR databases including entering time sheets into the system.
  • Monitor and update all annual leave records
  • Ensure all employee data is in line with GDPR requirements
  • Responsible for complete recruitment process including telephone interviewing and note taking
  • Attend recruitment fairs when required
  • Responsible for complete starters/leavers process including completing inductions for new starters
  • Review and monitor all performance and absences including organising staff appraisals
  • Assist HR Manager with ad hoc HR projects
  • Organise company events throughout the year
  • Ideally previous HR administration experience in a small to medium size organisation
  • CIPD qualified level 3 advantageous but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential
  • Team player mindset with good communication skills
  • Excellent ability to use your own initiative.
