- Be a natural 'go-to' person, leading a team of homebuilding consultants, delivering consulting, training, and configuration services into the client base.
- Own and contribute to the Division's strategic objectives.
- Define and review Employee Success Plans with team members.
- Resolve issues within the team, creating a positive working environment supporting diversity and inclusion.
- Be an escalation point, especially for clients. Taking ownership of and resolving issues.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product departments to achieve strategic objectives.
- Homebuilding industry experience and management experience, ideally leading a team of five or more people.
- Prior software or consulting/project management experience; preferably with COINS ERP+, EasyBuild, or other homebuilding ERP software.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders from a wide range of roles and seniority both within Access and our client base.
- Understanding of project delivery, and able to demonstrate project leadership, continuous process improvement, and client focus.
- Ability to deal with conflicts, seeking and implementing resolutions.
