Technical Support Assistant

Salary:
£25,000 pa


Background


Airivo are an established flexible office space provider of nearly 20 years that supplies offices to more than 140 business across 7 buildings and are looking to recruit a Technical Support Assistant that will be based predominantly in their Boston Manor office in West London.


Duties

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Troubleshooting internal PC, printer and network issues with assistance from our PC support provider
  • Troubleshooting Airivo clients' network and telephony issues with assistance from our network and telephony support providers
  • Producing 2D and 3D floorplans for use as marketing materials
  • Resolving issues with the building's technical systems such as access control and CCTV
  • Handling and housekeeping of new users including requesting changes to SharePoint permissions
  • Being involved in all major IT and Telecoms projects across the portfolio.
  • Providing technical training for new starters
  • Monitoring and internally communicating potential cyberthreats to the Airivo Team and providing awareness training
  • Managing backups and recoveries for all systems
  • Providing information relating to telecoms billing & procurement matters
  • Provide backup support to Centre Teams by way of admin support or reception cover

Competencies

  • A positive approach and good customer facing skills
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • A familiarity with IT networking (firewalls, switches and ethernet devices)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • A flexible approach to working from other centrelocations as required

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • IT support: 1 year (preferred)
