It's your job as Head of FSA Services is to ensure that Virgin Media O2 creates value from the Shareholder Service Agreements (FSA/SAA and Reverse FSA), in order to achieve the outcomes of Virgin Media O2's strategic plans.


You'll be responsible for all of the agreements and their particular elements, providing commercial and contractual management, establishing and running governance forums and relationship management with internal and partner executive stakeholders.

Working in conjunction with the internal stakeholders, with the objective of ensuring that the services provided, by our partners, are managed and measured according to the agreed contractual commitments.

Who we are

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Previous experience in a commercial area such as business studies, finance, sourcing and service management, or demonstrable experience within a similar environment
  • Line management experience within similar environments
  • Management of a variety of sized partners delivering mixed services, from support contracts through to outsource service contracts
  • Experience in conflict and dispute resolution activities with both internal and external influences
  • Ability to interface at the most senior levels (Directors, MD, COO) internally and externally within the Procurement, customer groups or peer operator groups
