AK Teaching is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join an SEND school in Cramlington, primarily covering English lessons with additional experience in maths being advantageous.


Responsibilities:


  • Covering English lessons and potentially maths lessons when required.
  • Implementing preplanned lessons effectively.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff and SENCOs to meet individual student needs.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong behaviour management skills, especially in an SEND setting.
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.

Job Types:

Pay:
£90.00-£120.00 per day
