    Description
    My client is an established firm law firm with multiple other offices dotted around England. Due to continued success, they have had the need to open an office in the Midlands.

    You will be joining a small team of 2 senior solicitors and 1 junior solicitor and grow and develop the Midlands office.

    You will need to have 2-6 years PQE as well as Serious Injury experience as you will be running your own multi-track caseload that will consist of files such as brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal claims.

    This means that there is less expectation to be in the office, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

    You will be at first running claims from other offices as well as claims out of the Midlands, the long term goal however is to have all claims coming from the Midland regions.

    Some of the benefits they offer include, but not limited to, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, 4 % employer pension contribution, support to gain further qualifications, 4x death in service cover.

    Salary will be £60,000 DOE plus a quarterly bonus.
