Estates Officer


I am supporting an NHS client in Essex with the recruitment of 3 Estates Officers on a temporary to permanent basis.

The positions will be band 6 and will be paying between £35,000 - £40,500 if offered the permanent position. We are ideally looking for asenior Engineer from any background, who has expereince with the below criteria.'

Key responsibilities

  • Managing a small team of trade staff undertaking PPM, reactive and minor works
  • Reporting on progress and CAFM (Computer Aided FM system) KPIs
  • Reviewing CAFM system work load, issuing work and checking back
  • Undertaking site audits, liaison with ward/depts. Regarding work progress
