- Manage the ICT Category Team and be responsible for approximately £250M of expenditure.
- Develop commercial and sourcing strategies to meet the operational and technical requirements of the ICT teams.
- Handle areas such as System Integrators, Applications Development, Cyber, End User Compute, Networks & Infrastructure, SaaS/PaaS products, and IoT.
- Manage a specific portfolio of category strategies and ensure the delivery of category KPIs.
- Build cross-functional relationships and drive efficiency improvements both internally and externally.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Category Management - Lead a category plan aligned with the commercial strategy, focusing on cost savings and optimizing category delivery.
- Horizon Scanning - Stay informed about external developments and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Identify stakeholders' needs and concerns to improve communication and decision-making.
- Performance Management - Set performance objectives, lead the team, and ensure goals are met.
- Demonstrated strong leadership capability and proven category management skills.
- Skills in assessment, verbal communication, negotiation, action planning, policy, procedures, and contract management.
- Salary range: £59,925 - £70,500
- Annual Bonus: 15%

- Flexible Benefits Allowance: 4%
- Pension Contribution: 12%
- Hybrid working available - 1 to 2 days in the office per week.
