- The School is seeking a Lead at Senior Lecturer level in Simulation and Interprofessional Learning to integrate clinical simulation education within the curriculum for medical students.
- Design appropriate simulation working areas and IPL scenarios.
- Contribute to clinical skills, practical teaching, and assessment.
- Ensure a high-quality student experience.
- Ensure clinical simulation education is integrated across all student year groups.
- Design and lead simulation working areas and IPL scenarios.
- Provide training in clinical simulation and assessment techniques.
- Engage in research and scholarship related to simulation and IPL.
- Promote equality of opportunity and diversity.
- Ability to facilitate student learning.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of GMC skills & simulation requirements.
- Effective liaison with health-related disciplines.
- Teaching experience in relevant subject areas.
- Experience in Skills and Simulation learning.
- Research and scholarly activity in simulation and IPL.
- Experience in doctoral supervision.
- Good first degree in a relevant subject area.
- UK recognized healthcare profession qualification.
- PG Cert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (for Senior Lecturer).
