Role Purpose:
ISG, a leading company in the construction sector, we work across a range of projects in fit-out, data-centres, construction and high-tech manufacturing.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the effective functioning of our site.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, requiring exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems, including managing correspondence, document control,
Work with Senior Leadership Team to support in their diary management, responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain accurate records and databases.
Provide administrative support to senior management and staff as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with health and safety guidelines and implement appropriate measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Liaise with different departments to facilitate information flow and resolve any operational issue
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management, site administration, or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
