    Assistant Headteacher - Primary


    Milk Education are recruiting for an Assistant Headteacher for the primary sight of an independent SEMH school located in Boston, Lincolnshire.

    Assistant Headteacher Role & Responsibilities:
    n
    • Promote inclusion and acceptance of all studentsn
    • Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needsn
    • Develop and implement educational policies and programmes that promote the school's mission and valuesn
    • Ensure all safeguarding procedure an dpolicies are adhered ton
    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of teaching staffn
    • Monitor student progress and academic performance, implementing strategies to support student achievementn
    • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider communityn
    ● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and educational standards

    Assistant Headteacher Non-negotiables:n
    • Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.n
    • Must have a passion for education, with at least 5 years experience teachingn
    • Must possess good numeracy and literacy skillsn
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)n
    ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
