Breakthrough in Education are currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs school in the Carnforth area.

Complex Needs schools have small classes and a high level of support from staff, often working with the students on a 1:1 ratio (Two students to one member of staff).

The curriculum in Complex Needs schools is child centred and allows flexibility to work on individual Education Plans.

Have a creative and imaginative approach
Will be calm and patient and caring
Ideally experience or an understanding of young people with Complex Needs
Have great communication skills to communicate effectively with other staff members
Have a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs
