- Collect, challenge, and document business requirements/features in an agile environment
- Validate IT solutions to ensure alignment with business needs
- Work on Salesforce Service Cloud environment
- Provide support on triage and resolution of defects/control issues
- Maintain requirements traceability and assist in project vision through product delivery
- Collaborate with Transformation & Change Delivery resources
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- Extensive knowledge of Guidewire/Duckcreek policy admin systems
- Strong technical expertise in applications systems analysis and SQL queries
- Experience in P&C insurance field and with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Proficient in Agile principles and creating business workflows
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven planning, organization, and presentation abilities
- Adaptability to new strategies and technologies
