Enrolment Support Worker ESOL. Full Time. 37 Hours Per Week. Fixed Term until 31/07/2025.
Our ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) department is seeking to appoint an Enrolment Support Assistant, to consolidate its enrolment and initial assessment processes across all four programme areas.
The key responsibilities attached to this newly created role are to support prospective and returning ESOL students with the completion of their electronic enrolment forms and to maintain enrolment and re-enrolment tracking records, as required by each programme area.
The successful applicant will also support the assessors and students at the initial assessment events and enrolment events. The successful applicant will establish what action needs to be taken with any pending enrolment forms and provide the required assistance to help students complete the entire enrolment process.
Applicants should have the following:
Applicants will be expected to be able to evidence strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
