We are partnering with a charitable organisation providing invaluable support to those who need ti through a variety of means, and have recently awarded funding for the next 10 years to expand their service offerings so its a really exciting time to be joining them

This role is a newly created position within the team due to the additional funding, and will be a permanent full time role based from their office in Llantrisant


Responsibilities include:

  • Purchase ledger administration
  • Assist with balance sheet and intercompany reconciliation
  • Prepare cost reports
  • Assist with the preparation of grant cost reports
  • Assist and provide information during audits Gift aid administration and submissions
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Some Human Resources responsibilities including
- system maintenance, producing HR correspondence, Support with recruitment process, Assist with the on/off-boarding process, Maintaining employee records, Assist with updating charity policies and procedures

  • General office administration
  • DBS Checks for staff and stakeholders

Person fit:

  • Previous finance / purchase ledger experience, or strong administrative / data entry skills
  • Passionate about helping others
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills
  • Team player
  • Good systems and Excel skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
