This role is a newly created position within the team due to the additional funding, and will be a permanent full time role based from their office in Llantrisant
Responsibilities include:
- Purchase ledger administration
- Assist with balance sheet and intercompany reconciliation
- Prepare cost reports
- Assist with the preparation of grant cost reports
- Assist and provide information during audits Gift aid administration and submissions
- Ad hoc project work
- Some Human Resources responsibilities including
- General office administration
- DBS Checks for staff and stakeholders
Person fit:
- Previous finance / purchase ledger experience, or strong administrative / data entry skills
- Passionate about helping others
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills
- Team player
- Good systems and Excel skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
