    Description

    Occupational Standards Manager - Part-time Position

    We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspiring professional to join our team as an Occupational Standards Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining occupational standards and OSH training programs, ensuring compliance with OSH legislation.

    • Develop and manage OSH courses and products, supporting training activities to attract new business opportunities.
    • Create and deliver OSH services both in the UK and globally, expanding our market reach.
    • Maintain accreditation from relevant external bodies and uphold high standards of delivery.
    • Work closely with the Head of Training and the team to ensure exceptional quality in all training programs.
    • Establish and enforce standards for trainers delivering OSH products nationally and internationally.

    Qualifications and skills required:

    • Chartered member of IOSH.
    • Technician Safety Practitioner with experience in product development.
    • NEBOSH National Certificate or IGC; ideally NEBOSH Diploma.
    • City and Guilds Training Qualification/PTLLS or equivalent teaching certification.
    • Experience with awarding/accreditation bodies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Prior experience in health and safety training delivery.
