12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Remote First - principally home-based with travel in one or more of Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and/or Scottish Borders

£21,070 + excellent benefits

As an Administrator on an exciting new programme, you will be responsible for ensuring all administrative related processes and funding obligations are met efficiently and effectively, whilst providing general administrative support to the delivery of the programme services across the enterprise.


You will take ownership of the telephone system with a confident and professional manner and provide concise information, ensuring all customer enquires reach the correct department or colleague.

Other key responsibilities will include database maintenance, diary management and ensuring all administrative systems and procedures are kept up to date.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator with the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks efficiently.

You must be able to demonstrate strong IT skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
