The Role:

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in learning and development?

  • This role offers the chance to become part of the fastmoving and innovative Adults' Health and Care Transformation Programme Team, implementing a new Social Care System called CareDirector. The overall aim is to support a successful transition from one system to the new system for a large workforce The successful applicant will be providing effective and efficient administrative support to a team of 4 trainers and be led by the Business Change Manager responsible for Digital initiatives in Adults' Health and Care.
  • The following are examples of activities within this job role.
These duties may vary on account of changing priorities:

  • Customer service, responding to queries both online and in person
  • Process bookings and manage course numbers
  • Scheduling of meetings, booking venues and refreshments
  • Data inputting; including, compilation of statistics for management information with the use of Excel spreadsheets and databases
  • Undertake any training required to meet the expectations of the job role.
  • We support an effective work life balance and are open to discussing flexible work requests. We are looking for the 18.5 hours to ideally be spread over a minimum of 3 days to help us manage administration resources.
