    We are seeking a creative Change Lead to join our Service Delivery team, based in our Newcastle upon Tyne office. As Change Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our cuttingedge processes, products, and services. You will be responsible for managing the endtoend change management process, ensuring that all changes are reviewed, analysed, and approved in accordance with Bede's policies and procedures.


Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships across the whole of Bede and ensure a smooth change management process is followed throughout the business.

What you'll be doing:


  • You'll own and manage the Change Management process across Bede
  • You will facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure efficient decisionmaking
  • You'll review and analyse all changes to ensure they align with Bede's policies and guidelines
  • You'll focus on reducing incidents caused by changes through proper risk assessment and impact analysis
  • You'll coordinate, schedule, and monitor improvements and actions delivered during the change review process
  • You'll drive a holistic approach to change management throughout Bede, with an emphasis on ITIL principles and best practices
  • You'll generate reports and perform trend analysis on changes to identify areas of improvement and potential risks
  • You'll actively encourage engagement and participation in change management across all areas of Bede
  • You'll be proactive in collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address change management issues
  • You'll coordinate 3rd party activities related to change management
  • You'll develop and deliver documentation and training programs to support change management processes and procedures
  • You'll identify and implement process improvements, in accordance with ITIL's Continual Service Improvement (CSI) approach
  • You'll collaborate with line managers to identify quality improvements for the change management process
  • You'll implement agreedupon revisions or design new processes as needed, following ITIL's change management process
  • You'll support compliance and security requirements, ensuring changes are in line with relevant regulations and standards
  • You'll provide support to roadmap work within Bede

What we are looking for:


Essential:


  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Effective organisational skills
  • Experience in a change management team
  • ITIL v4 Foundation (or above)

Desirable:


  • Experience of Change Management in Service Delivery environments including Service Desk
  • Previous experience of leading change management
