We are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic CTO, to join our Executive team. As Bede's new CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technical strategy. We're seeking an experienced leader who can evolve our highly scalable products and solutions that cater to the needs of large, dynamic customers in a B2B environment, especially in regulated industries.


Collaborating with our CEO and other business leaders, you'll spearhead projects that push the boundaries of the online gambling industry.

You'll ensure that we stay ahead of the curve by constantly innovating and developing cutting-edge solutions.

Your expertise will be vital in delivering exceptional products and services that cement our reputation as the best in the business, not just in terms of technology but also as a sought-after employer for top gambling experts.

What you'll be doing:


  • Be the visionary and technical mastermind behind Bede Gaming's success. Make bold, innovative decisions about technology selection, platform architecture, infrastructure, and solution design that sets us apart from the competition. Ensure that our technology strategy is always aligned with our business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our board, customers, key technology vendors and industry partners. Collaborate closely with them to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement in everything we do.
  • Ensure that our investments in technology are sound, both strategically and commercially, and that we're always making smart choices that benefit our customers and our business.
  • Work closely with our commercial team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Use your expertise to lead the technical aspects of new business opportunities, helping to close deals and demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Together with the CPO, guide the design of Bede's products to ensure they are intuitive, userfriendly, and innovative. Always keep the customer at the forefront of your mind, and strive to exceed their expectations at every turn.
  • Communicate our technology strategy with clarity and conviction to everyone from management to stakeholders. Make sure that everyone understands our vision and is on board with our plans for the future.
  • Put in place robust risk management practices that protect our information security and ensure our business continuity objectives are met. Keep our customers' data safe and secure at all times.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest industry standards, trends, and emerging technologies. Be the goto expert in the company for all things tech, and use your knowledge to drive innovation and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Represent Bede as a thought leader in the industry by speaking at conferences, contributing to publications, and participating in industry associations. Use your platform to raise awareness of our brand and drive engagement with our customers and partners.
  • Keep a pulse on emerging technologies and trends, and develop strategic partnerships that position us at the forefront of the industry. Be an ambassador for Bede Gaming in the technology community, and use your influence to build relationships that benefit our business.
  • Inspire and motivate our team with your technical thought leadership and insight. Be a mentor and coach to our software engineers, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve great things.

What we are looking for:


  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, such as CTO, VP of Engineering, or Director of Engineering. You should be a visionary leader who can inspire and motivate your team to achieve great things.
  • Proven experience in delivering B2B SaaS solutions that meet the needs of large, dynamic customers. You should have a track record of success in driving innovation and delivering exceptional results in this space.
  • Experience operating within a highly regulated industry, such as online gambling. You should be familiar with ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance requirements and have a strong understanding of risk management in a regulated environment
