Description

We are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Compliance Administrator to join our global Risk & Compliance team.


You will gain exposure to and provide compliance support to the wider Compliance team, for the relevant jurisdictions Bede operates in.

Occasional travel for training or for other compliance matters may be required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Commercial areas of the business by understanding the regulatory requirements of potential new markets
  • Supporting with the update of relevant procedure documentation
  • Supporting the completion of regulatory documentation
  • Support the creation and review process of our internal Data Flow Maps
  • Conduct routine testing of key compliance journeys in test environments
  • Support with the communication of Compliance activities to the wider business
  • Supporting the Compliance Team in ensuring Bede and its products are compliant in the jurisdictions Bede operates
  • Building relationships and maintaining regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing an understanding of the regulatory requirements in the relevant jurisdictions in which Bede operates
  • Support the development and maintenance of Bede's GRC Systems
  • Support with and gain an understanding of the crossfunctional efforts needed when managing compliancerelated risks, events and incidents

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Experience:

Regulatory Affairs: 1 year (preferred)
