- Provide 24/7 monitoring services for internal and third-party systems, processes, applications, and connections
- Monitor network connections and troubleshoot any failures
- Analyze system functions and failures to identify and resolve problems promptly
- Communicate updates to internal and external parties, including customers
- Track system usage for proactive issue identification
- Perform diagnostic analyses of applications, networks, and related systems
- Offer technical services for ongoing monitoring
- Organize and prioritize workload as per business requirements
- Collaborate in documenting actions taken and required, including root cause analysis
- Support in disaster recovery management during incidents
- Adhere to relevant legislation and codes of practice
- Prior experience in a NOC environment or similar, on AWS or equivalent platforms
- Experience in troubleshooting in a Linux/Unix environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively
- Background in technology and knowledge of the Payment Business Industry
- Understanding of Payment system capabilities and features
- Programming skills (macros & scripts)
