- Managing a portfolio of high-value marine cargo claims from start to finish while ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Working closely with clients, carriers, Aon brokers, and stakeholders to streamline claims processes.
- Reviewing claim documents, investigating losses, and negotiating settlements according to policy terms and regulations.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance Aon's claims handling capabilities and risk management.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in handling marine cargo claims, preferably from a reputable insurance or shipping organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex claims and delivering results in a client-facing setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of marine cargo insurance principles, policies, and procedures.
