Join our dynamic team at Mia Direct as a Social Media Marketing Specialist and help us grow our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly, and maintain a positive online brand image.
Analyse social media data and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and effective.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications or experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing social media marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content optimization, and community management.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
