My client is an established and growing global organisation that works within the electronics distribution sector working with clients within the Defence, Aerospace, Automotive and Medical sectors.

customer service administrator _is being created to support a team of 13 _
customer service executives. _There is a lot of order loading that isn't being done quickly enough and there is a need for an administrator to carry out this workload. With lots of training opportunities there is plenty of scope for development in the future.
Duties:
- Loading orders accurately and efficiently onto the company system
- Working within a close knit team to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
- Progressing supplier orders
- Project support
- Data Management and cleansing
- Report generation
Personal attributes:
- Experience of general office administration tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work with one or more teams
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to work flexibly and independently
- Manage a large workload and be able to prioritise
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities
- 12 years office admin experience as a minimum
