Production Operative - Day Shift (Weekends)

Location:
North East England, County Durham, Stockton-on-Tees

Working a 3-day week 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Overtime available.
Please note it is a set shift it does not rotate.

We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our client in Stockton-on-Tees.

As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and production processes, ensuring the smooth operation and timely delivery of our products.

Job Duties:

Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
Pack and label finished products for shipment or storage.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Experience:

Prior experience in a similar role within manufacturing or production is not essential as all training is provided.

Knowledge and Skills:

Basic mathematical and problemsolving skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Working Conditions:

As a Production Operative, you will primarily work in a manufacturing facility. The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting objects, and working in noisy environments.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary:
£12.33 per hour

Schedule:
