Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an Engagement Officer who can help us involve our communities and our colleagues who work across two iconic acute hospitals and community services.
This is a secondment oppitunity until the 31st March You will need to have confirmation from your current line manager that they are able to release you for this period
With great organisational and communication skills, you will be able to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will coordinate activity relating to all elements of internal and external engagement, helping to develop the Trust's engagement approach with our local stakeholders and the public, including our large public Foundation Trust Membership.
You will work with ESNEFT colleagues to support staff engagement using change projects and staff surveys and support major strategic projects.
