    Marketing Executive and Administrator

    An exciting opportunity to step into a new full-time role that can be grown and shaped over time. The Marketing Executive will work for the Head of Marketing & Communications to deliver strategic marketing and communications activities in order to achieve the aims of this ambitious, global organisation.

    The role provides a diverse range of work from event management to social media strategy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with all areas of the business including operatives who deliver projects for our clients, the UK Executive team through to Amentum's parent organisation in the United States.

    Examples of Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Researching, design and analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain the business website and social channels including editing and posting content.
  • Organisation, management and attendance of seminars, workshops and other business events.
  • Design and management of social media campaigns, including posting, monitoring and reporting analytics.
  • Creating marketing collateral and materials.
  • Co-ordinate the production of promotional products and presentations.
  • Working with external agencies to deliver marketing and digital assets.

    • Examples of Marketing Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Managing invoices and financial reporting
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Folder and document management
  • Managing incoming enquiries from the website

    • Marketing Executive Requirements:

  • Ideally Degree in marketing or business management/administration.
  • Proven experience as a marketing executive or high-level business administration.
  • An interest in the nuclear, clean energy and defence industries and a desire to deliver business-to-business marketing.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK to support events and visit sites.
  • Commute to Warrington as home office, minimum 2 days working in office.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Strong time management, delegation, and delivery skills.
  • Organised with an eye for detail.
  • An interest in creative design and social media.
  • Independent and creative thinker.

    • Position may require the ability to pass and maintain UK Security Clearance.
