    Description

    Our client, a well-regarded Housing Association, is looking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Head of Regulation and Policy.

    In this key role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing policies to maintain consumer standards, ensure fair housing costs, and drive positive customer outcomes.

    As the Head of Regulation and Policy, you will play a crucial role in shaping company policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and promoting an inclusive work environment.


    Head of Regulation and Policy – Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance with consumer standards and rent regulations.
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to uphold fair and predictable housing costs for residents.
    • Leading efforts to address complex risks across the organization with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Staying informed about legislative and regulatory changes and adjusting policies and procedures accordingly.
    • Managing intricate projects with precision to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Demonstrated experience in overseeing regulatory requirements such as rent standards and consumer regulations.
    • Proven track record of identifying and mitigating complex risks while developing and enhancing policies.
    • Outstanding leadership abilities, including building and managing relationships at a senior level.
    • Thorough knowledge of legislative and regulatory landscapes for Registered Providers (RPs).
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a focus on achieving results punctually and within budget.
