Description

The opportunity:

To ensure that all finished goods stock are ready and available to be despatched in line with customer's orders and requirements whilst adhering to the Service Level Agreements, (SLA).


How you will impact WestRock:


  • Translation of customer forecasts and orders into accurate production work instructions
  • Responsible for raising, processing, and managing customer's orders.
  • Undertake vendor and forecast analysis
  • Maintain and understand internal and external customers Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Investigate and resolve invoice, credit and customer complaints/queries
  • Responsible for the smooth and effective organisation of all administration procedures for the business
  • Use webbased and manual management information system to support all aspects of the customer service function
  • Ensure customer terms are adhered to and aged stocks are controlled and invoiced accordingly
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor and maintain raw materials and finished goods to Service Level Agreements parameters
  • Liaise with the Far East on relevant product lines being developed, ordered and shipped in line with customer demand
  • Critical path management to ensure orders are met and timelines adhered to
  • Manage department's Key Performance Indicators to meet agreed targets
  • Investigate and manage corrective actions which arise from feedback
  • Identify and highlight opportunities to increase margins/profitability and efficiencies
  • Highlight opportunities for cost effective production batching
  • Provide accurate and timely work instructions to production
  • Develop and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships
  • Provide support Business Development/Sales function
  • Attend customer briefings/meetings/reviews

What you need to succeed:


- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a Customer Service environment

  • Experience of managing and developing relationships with multiple customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Good organisational skills and disciplined approach
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced & highvolume manufacturing environment
  • Ability to react quickly and adapt to change on a daily basis
  • Ability to prioritise workload, use own initiative, work within a team as well as work on your own.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programmes
