Description
Our client is a boutique Hedge Fund looking to hire an HR Manager. This is a London based role offering an excellent salary.


Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to taking on all operations, day to day management,recruiting and onboarding new hires, employee queries.

You will also have daily exposure to the partners and senior stakeholders in the business.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • CIPD Qualification
  • Experience in Fintech or Financial Services industry
  • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
