Key Responsibilities

Quantitative and qualitative appraisal of deals to establish whether they are worth pursuing.
Work closely with the Directors to establish the most appropriate research strategy for each assignment.
Assist in conducting financial analysis including cash flow modelling, carrying out asset valuations and preparing development appraisals.
Assist in writing and presenting final stage Credit Committee papers.
Researching and providing market data on industry sectors and companies
Taking full responsibility for proofreading client financial reports
Assisting with negotiations with JV partners/borrowers
Attending briefing meetings and calls when appropriate
Assisting with investor presentation materials Building good rapport with clients and brokers for smooth client / deal onboarding

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required

Minimum 23 years' relevant experience as an Investment Analyst
Advanced financial modelling
Has "hands on" real estate experience
Understands the individual underlying assets preferably with a planning/development or valueadd leaning.
Understands and is comfortable with different types of debt and equity;
Personable and commercial
Ability to work in a highperformance, resultsdriven environment.
Confident, proactive, and organised
Analytical with a high attention to detail
A natural people person and the ability to hold their own
Motivated with a desire to surpass targets.
Passionate and energetic
Entrepreneurial minded
