Key Responsibilities
- Quantitative and qualitative appraisal of deals to establish whether they are worth pursuing.
- Work closely with the Directors to establish the most appropriate research strategy for each assignment.
- Assist in conducting financial analysis including cash flow modelling, carrying out asset valuations and preparing development appraisals.
- Assist in writing and presenting final stage Credit Committee papers.
- Researching and providing market data on industry sectors and companies
- Taking full responsibility for proofreading client financial reports
- Assisting with negotiations with JV partners/borrowers
- Attending briefing meetings and calls when appropriate
- Assisting with investor presentation materials Building good rapport with clients and brokers for smooth client / deal onboarding
Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required
- Minimum 23 years' relevant experience as an Investment Analyst
- Advanced financial modelling
- Has "hands on" real estate experience
- Understands the individual underlying assets preferably with a planning/development or valueadd leaning.
- Understands and is comfortable with different types of debt and equity;
- Personable and commercial
- Ability to work in a highperformance, resultsdriven environment.
- Confident, proactive, and organised
- Analytical with a high attention to detail
- A natural people person and the ability to hold their own
- Motivated with a desire to surpass targets.
- Passionate and energetic
