Client Services role supporting coordinating tasks for Retrofit Assessments and promotional visits across the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be the main contact for all booking inquiries.
• Assist clients with our online booking platform.
• Offer continuous support to clients throughout their interaction with ehouse.

With a diverse clientele and range of services, this position demands strong time management and multitasking abilities. The bookings team excels in verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, and expertise in the internal database.

The primary focus is on communicating with clients via calls and emails, as well as managing orders that require scheduling visits with contractors.
