Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Smart Tec Solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing offer letters and contracts.
- Recording and monitoring absences
- Editing and updating job advertisements
- Keeping employee staff training records up to date
- Handling incoming calls regarding HR queries.
- Progress meetings with apprentices.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- BIRMINGHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
