    • We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Merchandiser (FTC) in our London office.

    Department overview:
    Supports the overall WFTW merchandising Team wholesale channel.

    As part of the Product Centre of Excellence unit, this includes understanding the regional trends, and product successes to help support the team in defining product assortments that will meet and exceed the financial strategies of the business.

    A self-starter who takes pride in attention to detail and organisation, with a process and continuous improvement mindset and strong communication skills.


    What You'll Do:

    SUPPORT THE OVERALL REGIONAL MERCHANDISING STRATEGY

    • Support in developing annual / seasonal range plans based on sellin/out
    • Pull data for monthly and seasonal sell out and support in producing the monthly reports.
    • Conduct seasonal competitive benchmarking

    PREPARING FOR SEASONAL MARKETS

    • Manage samples from factories to showrooms, liaising with DC, logging samples, the sample split, sending samples,
    • Photoshoot preparation, preparing documents, ensuring smooth process & organising files
    • Helping set up and maintain digital assets including the catalogue & line lists
    • Help to maintain style master, line sheet and imagery portal, cascading info to wholesale team
    • Support the team with creating engaging training materials and comprehensive selling tools
    • Manage the Merch memo with any changes in market

    GENERAL MERCHANDISING TASKS

    • Pull inbound report sharing status of stock delivery patterns to wider teams
    • Coordinate AD samples & image requests with marketing & other relevant adhoc product analysis
    • Be a go to person for account executive to come to for information to aid selling.

    You'll Need to Have:

    • Strong experience working in a retail or wholesale merchandising/Buying team
    • Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Excellent verbal and written English
    • Product knowledge and trend awareness
