Sales Administrator
Newtownards
Full Time, Permanent
Hours of work:
Mon-Thurs 8.00am-5pm, Fri 8am-2.30pm
- Required to meet, greet and advise customers in busy garage door showroom and deal with all telephone sales enquiries.
- Organise and schedule installation work and liaise with customers, fitting teams and factory.
- Processing orders from customers.
- Sales and marketing support pricing, preparing quotes, placing orders etc.
- General administrative and reception duties.
Criteria
- Sales and/or office experience is essential.
- Must be committed to customer service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be capable of working unsupervised and using own initiative.
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook).
INDNICHE
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newtownards: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
