Sales Administrator

Newtownards

Full Time, Permanent

Hours of work:
Mon-Thurs 8.00am-5pm, Fri 8am-2.30pm


  • Required to meet, greet and advise customers in busy garage door showroom and deal with all telephone sales enquiries.
  • Organise and schedule installation work and liaise with customers, fitting teams and factory.
  • Processing orders from customers.
  • Sales and marketing support pricing, preparing quotes, placing orders etc.
  • General administrative and reception duties.

Criteria

  • Sales and/or office experience is essential.
  • Must be committed to customer service.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be capable of working unsupervised and using own initiative.
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook).
Salary £22-25k dependent on experience. Immediate start desirable

  • Newtownards: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
